Yes. The price you see when you book is the final one. No meter, no surprises, no surcharge for traffic or delays. The fare covers the vehicle, driver, fuel, tolls and luggage assistance.
Is the vehicle shared with other passengers?
No, never. Every transfer is private and exclusive: the vehicle is reserved for you and your group alone. No strangers, no sharing, no detours.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track flights in real time. If yours lands late, the driver adjusts the pickup time automatically: you do not need to notify us. Flight monitoring is included at no extra cost.
How do I recognise my driver?
The driver waits for you with a sign showing your name. At the airport they stand in the arrivals hall. You will also receive the driver's name and number by email before the transfer, so you can reach each other easily.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. Cancellation is free up to 48 hours before the transfer. For late cancellations (less than 48 hours) no refund is due. To cancel, contact us by email or WhatsApp with your booking reference.
Is there a night surcharge?
For transfers between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM a small night supplement may apply. The exact amount is always shown during booking, before you confirm: no surprise costs.
